Overview
VegKing is an affordable and reliable processing line for bundling, labelling and trimming leafy vegetables and herbs. The VegKing line integrates automatic elastic binding (Cyklop AXRO binder), optional labelling and trimming/cutting to optimize the process from harvest to packaging.

Key product description
The VegKing processing and bundling line is VegHands' own design and is built under its direction. The line features two narrow conveyor belts that can be moved and interchangeable product holders so many types of products can be handled with one machine. Conveyor belt speed is infinitely adjustable and the timing of the Cyklop AXRO binder is adjustable. The frame is constructed entirely of stainless steel and the conveyor belts are food-graded.

Bundling and binder
When bundling with the Cyklop AXRO elastic binder, an elastic band is automatically placed around the bundle of products. The elastic is wound from a large roll, brought around the product, knotted and automatically cut off. Several types and colours of elastic are available and the tension of the elastic around the bundle is adjustable.

Performance and capacity
The standard version length is 1900 mm and is suitable for two people feeding the line; this configuration can tie approximately 2,500 bundles per hour. With the longer version, production of up to 4,000 bundles per hour can be achieved.
